Programme Overview
A Programme Built for the Real World
The flagship programme of the Institute is the two year fully residential PGDM programme approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The PGDM programme is also accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and has also been granted equivalence to MBA by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
The PGDM program is designed and structured to enable students to adapt and deliver high performance in the rapidly changing business environment and also meet the challenges of the global business scenario.
The first year of the course provides students with strong theoretical and conceptual foundation across different functional areas of management through core courses. In the second year, students can opt for single or dual specialisation from amongst Finance, Marketing, Systems, Data Analytics, Human Resources and Operations. The students have the option of selecting from over 70 electives that are offered under these specialisations.
