How It Works

Recruitment Steps

Job Description Submission

Companies send a detailed job description with compensation and job location details. The Placement Committee circulates this to students, who then apply for positions of interest.

Pre-Placement Presentation (PPT)

Companies make a pre-placement presentation to give students an opportunity to seek clarity on the company profile, position, compensation offered, and other relevant information.

Selection Process

Companies conduct their selection process — which may include group discussions, case studies, written tests, and interviews — as per their requirements.

Final Job Offer

The institute follows a "one student – one offer" policy. Once a student receives an offer, they are not permitted to appear in further placement processes, helping companies plan their manpower requirements effectively.

One Student – One Offer Policy

A job offer is considered valid only when the Placement Office receives written or email confirmation. Early confirmation is appreciated — delay in confirmation may result in the candidate being placed with another company.
